20.9 Million Views in 24 hours: BTS Marks Another Record in the History of Kpop

BTS did it again. ARMYs did it again. BTS once again holds the record for most-viewed Kpop Music Video within the span of 24 hours with more than 20 million views on YouTube with their latest comeback – DNA.

As we all know, BTS had announced about their already released latest mini album, Love Yourself: Her, quite a while ago making all the ARMYs anticipate their title track DNA eagerly. DNA got released yesterday on 18th of September. Since then their huge fandom, rightfully called ARMYs, having been streaming their Music Video non-stop.

The first delight we ARMYs got is when we broke our own record of 6.3 Million of view within just 5 hours. Previously, it Blood Sweat and Tears by BTS who accomplished gathering those views in the span of 24 hours. Later on, we broke one of other records – 11 Million views gathered by Not Today – by acquiring that many views within the 10 hour mark. And now after a whole 24 hours, we finally achieved 20.9 Million views breaking the latest record of Blackpink’s 13.4 Million views in 24 hours.

Remember the time when our goal for a MV was 5 million or 10 Million within 24 hours? Remember how delighted we felt when we could reach our goal of 5 million? Those days are over now. We aiming for higher goals. It’s no longer 5/10 Million in 24 hours. Now, we aiming for no less 20 to 25 Million in 24 hours. That’s huge not only for Kpop artists but artists as a whole. Hopefully, BTS has more good days to look forward to in the future and us, ARMYs will make sure of it.

Fighting!
